30 September 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a submission (FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/MISC.7) from the World Health Organization (WHO) under ideas and proposals on the elements contained in paragraph 1 of the Bali Action Plan.

This submission will be considered during the 12th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA 12), which will take place in Tianjin, China, from 4-9 October 2010. [The Submission]
