2 September 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released documents that will be considered at the upcoming 39th session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), to be held in November 2013, in Warsaw, Poland.

The documents released include the provisional agenda and annotations (FCCC/SBI/2013/11) for SBI 39. The UNFCCC Secretariat has also published a number of summary reports, for consideration by SBI 39, including of: the Second Meeting of the Durban Forum for in-depth discussions on capacity-building, held on 4-6 June 2013 (FCCC/SBI/2013/12); and of the First Dialogue on Article 6 of the Convention, which relates to climate change education and training (FCCC/SBI/2013/13), held on 10-11 June 2013.

The secretariat has also released the budget performance for the biennium 2012-2013 as at 30 June 2013 (FCCC/SBI/2013/14), which indicates, among other things, that approximately 70.7% of the 2012-2013 core budget has been spent.
