The meeting report (FCCC/SBI/2013/20) of the 39th session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI 39), which took place from 11-18 November 2013, outlines the agenda items considered during the session, as well as the conclusions and decisions adopted, including on non-Annex I national communications, developing country nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs), national adaptation plans (NAPs), loss and damage, and matters related to the Kyoto Protocol’s mechanisms.

The meeting report (FCCC/SBSTA/2013/5) of the 39th session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA 39), which took place from 11-17 November 2013, outlines the discussion of the various SBSTA agenda items considered during the session, and summarizes the conclusions and decisions adopted, including on the Nairobi work programme, matters relating to agriculture, methodological issues under the UNFCCC and under the Kyoto Protocol, and market and non-market mechanisms under the UNFCCC.
