7 April 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a submission (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.3/Add.2) from Ethiopia on mutually appropriate mitigation actions (MAMAs) under non-market-based mechanisms.

An additional submission (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.4/Add.1) has also been published from Ecuador under views on the evaluation of various approaches in enhancing the cost-effectiveness of, and promoting, mitigation actions. This submission relates to the Yasuni- ITT Initiative.

These submissions will be considered by the 14th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA 14).
