In the morning, the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (AWG-LCA) opened its ninth session, adopting the agenda and organization of work (FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/1 and 2). The AWG-LCA then began negotiations on the organization and methods of work in 2010. The talks will conclude on 11 April 2010. [IISD RS coverage]
