11 March 2011: The UN has convened the fourth meeting of the Issue Management Group (IMG) on Sustainability Management. The online meeting took place on 10 March 2011, during which the over 20 participants discussed the UN Climate Neutral Strategy and sustainability management of the UN more broadly.
Meeting participants addressed several specific issues related to sustainability in the UN system, including: the UN greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory; the launch of the April 2011 edition of the UN Sustainability Report; UN emission reduction strategies; and plans to develop a strategic plan for a UN Sustainability Management System.
