Participants from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan convened in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 26-28 March 2013, to discuss the project “Green Growth Framework for Water Security in the Aral Sea Basin,” managed in part by the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia (ICWC) with participation by the Global Water Partnership (GWP).
