September 2008: The report of the 12th meeting of the Joint
Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) is now available on the JI website.
JISC12 convened from 11-12 September 2008, at the UN Campus in Bonn, Germany.
Issues discussed included: accreditation of independent entities and the need
to facilitate the accreditation process; matters relating to project design
documents and baseline setting and monitoring; and collaboration of the JISC
with others.
The JISC also discussed the results of the UNFCCC technical
workshop on JI, which was held from 9-10 September. The report of the meeting,
together with its annexes and the webcast of the meeting, are available on the
