8 May 2009: The report and annexes of the 20th meeting of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Small-Scale Working Group (SSC WG), which took place from 29 April-2 May 2009, in Bonn, Germany, are now available on the CDM website. At the meeting, the Group considered requests for creation of new methodologies for small-scale CDM projects, and agreed to recommend seven of the proposed new methodologies.

The SSC WG also considered requests for revisions to, and clarifications of, approved methodologies, and made specific recommendations relating to some of these methodologies. In addition, as requested by the CDM Executive Board at its 41st meeting, the Group agreed to recommend a general guidance on sampling and surveys for small-scale methodologies, contained in annex 14 of the report. It also considered issues of general guidance and further recommended that the Board consider a call for public input on the draft document before approving it.
