A Regional High-Level Consultation on UN System-Wide Coherence, organized by the governments of Indonesia and Norway, was held from 29-30 March 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Over 150 participants, including government officials, UN representatives, civil society and academia, gathered with the objectives to enhance the understanding of the recommendations of the High-Level Panel on UN System-Wide Coherence among the Asia and Pacific countries, and to identify challenges and possible impacts of system-wide coherence implementation on regional and national levels. The outcome of the consultation is expected to feed into UN General Assembly discussions later in 2007.
