1 July 2009: The World Business Council on Sustainable Development (WBCSD) is currently seeking applications by business associations to attend meetings of two Climate Investment Fund committees – the Clean Technology Fund and Strategic Climate Fund – and one subcommittee – the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience.

This represents one of three self-selection processes that are underway for civil society organizations, indigenous peoples and business associations to identify representatives who will participate as observers in the World Bank’s recently created Climate Investment Funds.
