12 December 2011: The Secretariat of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20) has released the Preliminary Information for Participants in the Conference. The information is considered preliminary as it is subject to the final rules of procedure of the Conference, which have not been adopted yet.
