OECD Launches Web Platform on Policy Coherence for Development
story highlights

The online platform on Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) aims to act as a “one-stop-shop” on PCD resources, and an interactive tool to be built up over time.

It contains tools and methods for assessing PCD, publications and national information on PCD experiences, and OECD evidence on benefits of policy coherence in specific sectors, among others.

November 2011: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has launched an online platform on Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) that aims to act as a “one-stop-shop” on PCD resources, open to all stakeholders.

The “International Platform on Policy Coherence for Development”” is intended as an interactive tool to be built up over time. It contains four primary types of resources for users: a repository of PCD documents, including general PCD publications, presentations and information on national experiences; monthly featured topics that identify and share OECD evidence on benefits of policy coherence in specific sectors; tools and methods for assessing PCD; and online consultations on progress of the nascent OECD Strategy on Development.
