The Supervisory Committee oversees issues relating to JI project
activities. Issues to be considered by the Committee include:
accreditation of independent entities; matters relating to
determination and verification reports; management plan and resources
for work on JI; collaboration of the Committee with others; and means
to provide guidance to independent entities and project developers
regarding determinations. The meeting will be preceded by informal
consultations on 16 February. The deadline for registration as
observers is 3 February, and accredited observers will be allowed
access to the observer room to observe the proceedings. The meeting
