28 June 2012: The International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO) has partnered with WWF Switzerland on the Tropical Forest Challenge, a search for the most innovative for-profit solutions from around the world to conserve tropical forest biodiversity.

One winner will be selected in each of the following categories: Idea – a full concept note describing the solution; Startup – a successful solution tested with potential customers; and Company – sufficient revenue streams from sales to cover all costs. [ITTO Press Release] [Challenge Website]
