communication technologies (ICTs) and climate change, established by the
International Telecommunication Union (ITU), will hold its first meeting from
1-3 September 2008, at ITU headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Focus Group
was established in July 2008 by the ITU. It seeks to help develop international
standards that will contribute to climate change mitigation. The meeting will
