During the consultations, countries agreed on the need to reach an ambitious and comprehensive agreement at Copenhagen, on the basis of common but differentiated responsibility. The EU and ACP will reconvene in Brussels, Belgium, in early 2010 to take forward the agreement from Copenhagen. [EU Presidency Press Release]
