21 November 2012: The ENTWINED Network (Sweden) has launched “A Guide for the Concerned: Guidance on Elaboration and Implementation of Border Carbon Adjustment” (BCA).

Written by an international expert drafting group, and presenting over two years of effort, the guide goes into depth on the complex web of issues that will confront policy-makers considering a BCA regime as a way to deal with the competitiveness issues associated with unilateral climate action.

The Guide will also seek to serve as a benchmark by which targeted exporting countries can assess such schemes. [Publication: A Guide for the Concerned: Guidance on Elaboration and Implementation of Border Carbon Adjustment]
