Energy for All Partnership Newsletter Highlights Sixth Asia Clean Energy Forum

The July issue of the Energy for All Partnership Newsletter opens with a letter from the Partnership Secretariat, highlighting its new website, as well as its presence on Facebook and Twitter.

It also features articles on the meetings of the "Lighting for All" and "Enterprise Development" working groups.

21 July 2011: The Energy for All Partnership, a multi-stakeholder collaboration to reduce energy poverty and improve access to modern energy services, has published its July 2011 Newsletter, which includes articles on the sixth Asia Clean Energy Forum and the Energy for All Steering Committee meeting.

The Newsletter opens with a letter from the Partnership Secretariat, highlighting its new website, as well as its presence on Facebook and Twitter. It continues with a piece on the sixth Asia Clean Energy Forum, which took place in June 2011, at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) headquarters in Manila Philippines, highlighting that presentations from the Forum are now available online. The piece on the Steering Committee, which was held on 21 June 2011, in Manila, Philippines, notes that the Partnership aims to increase communication among members as well as externally via its website and social media. The Newsletter also features articles on the meetings of the “Lighting for All” and “Enterprise Development” working groups, as well as news on other energy access and poverty events and publications.
