25 January 2010: The Executive Board of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) has published the proposed agenda and annotations, as well as the draft work programme, for its 52nd meeting, which will take place at the UN Campus in Bonn, Germany, from 8-12 February 2010.
At the meeting, the Board will consider matters relating to the operation of the CDM, including: accreditation of operational entities; methodologies for baselines and monitoring plans; CDM programme of activities; the registration of CDM project activities; the issuance of certified emission reductions (CERs) and the CDM registry; and the management plan and resources for the work on the CDM. Regarding the registration of CDM projects, the Board will consider the requests for review of 82 requests for registration. Proceedings of the meeting will be webcast on the CDM website.
