Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety have been invited to nominate their delegates for the sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol (COP/MOP 6), to be held from 1-5 October 2012, in Hyderabad, India.
7 September 2011: The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) has invited Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety to nominate delegates for the sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol (COP/MOP 6), by 21 September 2011.
COP/MOP 6 will be held from 1-5 October 2012, in Hyderabad, India. [CBD Notification]
