The United Cities and Local Governments' (UCLG) World Forum on Intermediary Cities is a consultation and policy development process that culminates in an event every two years.

The Forum process is led by the city of Chefchouen, Morocco, and supported by a core structure of pilot intermediary cities that include: Odienné, Cote d'Ivoire for Africa; Nevsehir, Turkey for Middle East and West Asia; Terrassa, Spain for Europe; and Cuenca, Ecuador for Latin America.
