This dialogue will address the new types of education, technologies, skills, knowledge and expertise that will be required for a robust response to climate change and a transition to a green economy. The dialogue session will bring together a number of high-level technical government representatives and practitioner via video conferencing, and will allow participation and comments by online participants.
