Hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Capacity Building and Research in Environmental Health Science and Toxicology at the Chulabhorn Research Institute (CRI), the first Network workshop specifically aimed at participants based in developing countries will seek to share risk assessment experiences among participants, provide information about risk assessment tools available which may be suitable for use in developing countries, and develop project proposals for Network activities of particular interest to developing countries. The workshop will also discuss the possibility of creating a sub-network to facilitate collaboration between, and the development of products specifically relevant to, developing countries.
