In General Assembly Resolution 68/210, UN Member States decided to hold a series of four, one-day structured dialogues to consider possible arrangements for a facilitation mechanism to promote the development, transfer and dissemination of clean and environmentally sound technologies. The third dialogue will be held on 4 June 2014, at UN Headquarters in New York, US. The themes for the dialogue will be 'Identifying the potential for development, transfer and dissemination of clean and environmentally sound technologies and identifying options for the way forward'.
