The Champions of the Earth Award is the UN's highest environmental honor, highlighting people and organizations who have led the world's response to climate change and sustainable development through example and action. The 2015 Champions of the Earth awards aim to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by showcasing outstanding efforts toward the transition to low-carbon, resource-efficient, inclusive and sustainable economic models.
