The 21st meeting of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (CRIC 21), a subsidiary body to the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), will take place from 13-17 November 2023 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.  

The CRIC assists the UNCCD Conference of the Parties in reviewing the implementation of the Convention, under the authority and guidance of the COP and as an integral part of the Performance Review and Assessment of Implementation System (PRAIS).
