Canada, China and the EU will co-convene the Third Ministerial on Climate Action (MoCA) in Brussels, Belgium. Ministers and high-level representatives from over 30 countries, including ministers from the Group on 20 (G20) and chairs of key party groupings in the UN climate negotiations, will come together to address implementation challenges in the post-Katowice context. The Ministerial will facilitate an exchange between stakeholder representatives from business, industry, investors, science, advocacy and expert organizations, on the UNFCCC negotiations challenges and process, implementation and ambition.
