This meeting is the third open-ended consultation on establishing the High Level Political Forum (HLPF), to follow up on the outcome document from the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20) which called for its creation. The meeting will aim to hear initial views on elements for a future draft resolution on the HLPF.
