This meeting will gather approximately 70 scientists to work on finalizing the first report of the “The World in 2050” initiative. The report will be presented to the July 2018 meeting of the UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF). The World in 2050 is an initiative of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA).
This invitation-only meeting will take place at IIASA headquarters. The report will highlight the sub-set of SDGs that are to be reviewed at HLPF 2018 (SDG 6, SDG 7, SDG 11, SDG 12 and SDG 15).
