Soil and the SDGs: Challenges and Need for Action

Organized by the Directorate-General for the Environment of the European Commission, the event will bring together policymakers, researchers, representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other stakeholders active in the protection of land and soil to discuss the challenges of soil and land degradation in the EU and the urgent need for action to implement the SDGs.
