The Social Pre-COP 24, organized by Polish trade union organizations, aims to prepare Polish communities for participation in the 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 24) in Katowice, Poland, in December. Convened as part of the project titled, ‘Polish Way to Clean Environment,’ the conference will discuss climate action by global organizations and climate change statements by Polish and European trade unions. The event seeks to identify the best course of action for Polish industry in light of “stricter world policy” on climate change and environment.

The conference is followed by a Social Pre-COP 24 in Brussels, Belgium, on 9 October.
