The Working Group on Capacity Building and Cooperation will hold its 6th virtual meeting. The working group was established by the Plan of Action to 2014 for the implementation of the Declaration of Principle 10, adopted in April 2013 in Guadalajara, Mexico, in order to advance towards the formulation of a regional instrument. The working group's objective is to formulate a proposal to intensify regional and international cooperation on the basis of training and financing needs and options, for both the public sector and the public in general.
