The seventh Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Housing and Urban Development (APMCHUD), hosted by Iran’s Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, will focus on key shelter and settlement challenges in the region, including urban and rural development, urban regeneration and slum upgrading, provision of basic services, housing and settlement finance, and disaster risk mitigation and management. The biennial conference seeks to promote sustainable development of human settlements in the Asia Pacific region.
