The 10-Year Review Conference on the Implementation of the Almaty Programme of Action is also known as the Second UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs). The Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) for the Conference, pursuant to UN General Assembly resolution 68/270, will hold its second meeting on 2-3 October 2014, at UN Headquarters in New York, US, preceded by informal consultations on the zero draft text of the outcome document.
