The Second Meeting of the Fifth Global Environment Facility (GEF) Replenishment will gather GEF donors to address the Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF) and Special Climate Change Fund (SCCF) Strategy for Adaptation, the GEF’s Fourth Overall Performance Study, as well as institutional, governance and policy reform.
