The second Global Conference on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change, which will include a High-Level Meeting, is co-organized by the Governments of Viet Nam and the Netherlands, in collaboration with other partners, including the World Bank and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO). The meeting is organized around the theme “Hunger for Action” and will take stock of the implementation of the Roadmap for Action established at the 2010 conference in The Hague, the Netherlands, and set new and more concrete priorities for action while demonstrating early action on climate-smart agriculture as a driver for green growth. The dates were originally set for May.
