The 2nd Global Adaptation Network Forum will provide an opportunity for decision makers, policy experts and practitioners to share knowledge and experiences on how to address the challenges of climate change adaptation.

The Forum will address four main themes: “from the Gulf to the World,” adaptation metrics, adaptation learning, and reaching the most vulnerable. Participants will consider these issues against the backdrop of a cross-cutting theme of ‘Adaptation and non-state actors,’ including the private sector.

Organized by the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Global Adaptation Network (GAN), the Forum will also include a regional technical expert meeting on adaptation (TEM-A) as a contribution to the UNFCCC technical examination process on adaptation (TEP-A).
