This event, organized by the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), intends to build on the First Dialogue held in August 2011 to promote debate and share perspectives and experiences in investment policies and regulatory frameworks for electricity generation projects with low-carbon emissions.
