Second Climate Change Summit of the Americas

The Second Climate Change Summit of the Americas is being organized by the Government of Jalisco through the Ministry of Environment and Territorial Development of Mexico. It will bring together sub-national governments that make up the American continent with the aim of following up on the new challenges presented by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Paris Agreement on climate change. Participants will include Governors, Ministers and other dignitaries and representatives from several countries in Latin America and the rest of the world, who will have the opportunity to share their experiences and seek cooperation to implement the agreements reached.
