The final Fourth Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for a Legally Binding Agreement on Forests in Europe (INC-Forests4) will reconvene to complete negotiations on the agreement and to finish negotiating the draft elements of a document by which the agreement would be presented to ministers at the Extraordinary Ministerial Conference of FOREST EUROPE, scheduled for late 2013 in Madrid, Spain.
