The UAE Ministry of International Cooperation and Development (MICAD) will be hosting an event co-organized by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) on the sidelines of the 2015 United Nations General Assembly. The event is to shine a spotlight on the need for the international community to adopt a fresh approach towards raising additional resources for the implementation of the SDGs. As well as highlighting existing initiatives, this event will aim to foster a sense of community among the wide range of partners that need to be involved in implementing innovative approaches towards resource mobilization, and incentivize them to record and share their experiences.
