UN Environment and the Government of Serbia, with support from the Italian Ministry of Environment, Land and Sea, will convene a ministerial conference on the theme, ‘Innovative Solutions to Pollution in South East and Southern Europe.’ The conference will bring together high-level government representatives from South East and Southern European countries, other interested members of the EU, the EU Commission, development agencies, international organizations, civil society, the private sector, research institutions and other stakeholders to explore innovative solutions to tackle pollution.

The insights presented during the Conference will contribute to the development of a joint approach and vision for South East European countries to be presented at the fourth session of the UN Environment Assembly (UNEA).
