The meeting, taking place at the level of leaders' representatives, will continue dialogue on how to make progress in meeting the climate change and clean energy challenge among 17 major economies: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the EU, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, the UK, and the US.

Representatives from Barbados, Colombia, Costa Rica, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, New Zealand, Singapore, and Spain are also expected to attend the meeting.
