The webinar on 'Leveraging ICTs & Digital Government for Innovative Solutions to Address the COVID-19 Pandemic – Responses in Africa' is the second in Capacity Development Webinars series being provided by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA)/DPIDG through the UN Project Office on Governance (UNPOG).

This webinar will focus on Africa, and provide an interactive platform for sharing different country experiences in responding to the COVID-19 through use of technology and digital government. Lessons learned will be shared from several countries (China, Ethiopia, Kenya, Republic of Korea, and South Africa), as well as the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), the AU Development Agency, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Regional Office for Africa, and the African Association for Public Administration and Management.

Following the webinar, an Online Discussion Board will facilitate continued discussion among the participants.
