Organized by LDC Watch in collaboration with the UN Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS) and the Government of Turkey, this Civil Society Forum will take place on the sidelines of the Midterm Review of the Implementation of the Istanbul Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) for the Decade 2011-2020 (IPoA). The Forum will discuss: fair trade and LDCs; climate justice and natural vulnerability in the LDCs; synergy and coherence between the IPoA and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); and opportunity and challenges related to LDC's graduation. The Forum is expected to adopt a Civil Society Organization (CSO) Declaration.
