The International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO) and its Global Forest Expert Panels (GFEP) Programme will launch the Global Report on Forests and Human Health, a comprehensive assessment of the scientific evidence on the complex relationship between forests and human health, highlighting available response options to utilize synergies and address trade-offs.

The launch event, which is timed to coincide with the International Day of Forests 2023, will feature the report authors and experts in a panel discussion and a session on reflections on implementation and decision making.
