This two-day seminar, organized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, India, will bring together ministers, senior policy planners, multilateral and bilateral agencies, and civil society organizations to discuss best practices regarding energy access for all and barriers to the further development of renewable energy. Topics of discussion include: policy and regulations; financing energy access; solar power; local energy sources; and business models for standalone grids.
