Co-hosted by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), a centre of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), this conference will provide a forum for leading international scientists and young researchers to present their latest research findings, exchange their research ideas, and share their experiences in the field of climate change and food security. Topics addressed by the conference will include: estimating trends in impacts of climate change on food security; managing climate variability and risk; accelerating adaptation to progressive climate change; and improving measurement and monitoring.
