This side event is co-sponsored by Qatar and UNDP and will take place during the UNGA 72 High-level Debate. Participants will discuss how to strengthen partnerships, and ways to improve the quality, effectiveness and impact of development cooperation to promote resilient sustainable development.

Speakers will include Soltan bin Al Saad Muraikhi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Qatar; Achim Steiner, Administrator, UN Development Programme; and Filippo Grandi, UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
